After 10 years of events with Wisconsin Cheese Originals, the time has come for me to sunset the organization and focus on my new baby: Firefly Coffeehouse & Artisan Cheese. I'll be adding a merchandising case with cheese on May 1 and a whole slate of cheese boards with beer & wine pairings.
