3 sets of the following:
•5 pull-ups
•10 push-ups
•15 air squats
That's a total of 3/4 mile run, 45 pull-ups, 90 push-ups, 135 air squats

Do you struggle with finding a fitness program that works for you? My gym has three options available: online training via SugarWOD, Pursuit Class, and Pursuit Athlete (one-on-one personal training). Start training here in May and make this a strong and fit summer.

Training with a purpose: he has a loved one in Romania and we've created a workout in her honor.
Today's work up to the final challenge is 800 stability ball sit ups, 100 Romanian deadlift, and walking between sets. We know: that's a lot of reps! There much more to the story, but...
