And there you have it, a 4’x 3’ piece of functional dimensional art for Madison College 💙

When you are a self taught, mosaic wood artist building an art business from scraps in your tiny garage and someone reaches out to ask if you would like to build a piece for the school of Technology and Trades at Madison College, that’s a no brainer. With a little help from a friend with a laser (because scroll sawing that whole logo would have been a beast. Work smarter, not always harder), some dimensional lumber, LONG hours in the shop, I executed the mosaic logo just as I envisioned.

Proud is an understatement for this one.

Sometimes I catch myself doubting what I’m capable of but then pieces like this come off my work bench and I remind myself that I can do this and I’m capable of building really cool s**t.

A huge project is officially on the books! You guys, I’m still pinching myself that I get to create art and that people actually pay me to do this! No matter the project size, I’m so honored to create a piece for you and your space.

With that said, your girl is going to be busy with two really cool back to back custom business logos. I cannot wait to share more with you as these two unfold and come together!
