The production side has to be efficient, durable, and built to handle the work. The hospitality side has to feel like a destination. Like somewhere people want to spend a Saturday and tell their friends about on Monday.

Upchurch Vineyard in Benton City, Washington was built for renowned sommelier Chris Upchurch, and it doesn't compromise on either side.

A platform cellar lift connects the wine cellar to the ground floor for seamless barrel transport, and a complex multi-level HVAC system keeps the production environment exactly where it needs to be!

And then there's the glass-enclosed tasting room and the 12' x 40' deck with panoramic views over the vineyard rows. Aka, the part of the building that has nothing to do with logistics and everything to do with why people drive out to wine country in the first place.

A barn, an arena, and a home walk into a bar...

And together, they form this absolutely staggering 36,000 sq. ft. custom home and equestrian facility!

We started with a massive 90′ x 204′ covered riding arena, then extended the structure an additional 72 feet to add:

🔸 Six stall horse barn with multiple grooming and wash areas
🔸 Tack and feed room
🔸 Powder room
🔸 Large storage areas for vehicles and equipment

Then, upstairs you'll find a luxurious 5,000 sq. ft. custom home with an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.

This is one of the largest structures we've ever built, and still one we get questions about weekly!
