With the cold weather, roads melting and freezing overnight, we are going to continue to run a short schedule for the remainder of the week, unless stated otherwise.
We will be running the 12pm-2/230 open gym format. I apologize for any inconvenience, but with people Tokyo drifting on the roads, it doesn’t make sense to risk it.
Stay safe and stay warm. I will post the workouts you WOULD have done, but I will also post at home workouts for you to do instead.
