Slowcooker Pea & Ham Soup (Serves 6)One of my favourite soups with shreds of leftover ham makes this a very filling one. Link in bio 📕 Ingredients - 650g bag of frozen peas - 2 potatoes skin on chopped - 1 onion - Garlic (as much as you like) - Salt and pepper - Any leftover herbs or thyme/oregano - 200g of ham - 1.2L of chicken stock - Fresh mint to garnish Instructions 1. Add all ingredients to the slowcooker apart from the ham, cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-82.
