Just got diagnosed with Pseudogout!! Very painful! As some of you know I take care of my husband 24/7 and I suffer from an autoimmune disease as well. I am looking to hire someone to help prepare meals. We eat Very healthy- all organic- AIP Paleo. There are tons of recipes on the Internet and I will order a couple cookbooks.
