🏠 June is National Homeownership Month!

This month, we celebrate the opportunities, stability, and long-term benefits that homeownership can provide for individuals and families.

To support future homeowners, NeighborWorks Orange County is offering educational workshops and resources throughout June, including HUD-approved homebuyer education classes and information on down payment assistance programs.

As a special Homeownership Month promotion, any pre-purchase counseling session scheduled by June 15, 2026 will have the $94 credit report fee waived.
