🎄✨ GDG Holiday Celebrations in full force last week! ✨🎄

Our Northern California team kicked off the festive season with a great evening at Gardenia in Los Gatos, followed by a little friendly competition at Campo di Bocce — with Frances and Brett proving to be a fierce duo to beat!

Meanwhile, our SoCal team enjoyed a beautiful night dining at RH Ocean Grill at RH Newport Beach, complete with peek-a-boo coastal views, incredible drinks and dishes, and—most importantly—quality time together. The evening wrapped up perfectly with stunning views of the Newport Beach Boat Parade fireworks and light drone show.

Grateful for our teams, shared moments, and the joy of celebrating together. 🧡

Frances and Hashem from our Northern Office had a great time at the Bisnow Northern California Healthcare Real Estate Conference!

They walked away with valuable owner and stakeholder insights on project planning, long-term facility strategy, and how healthcare systems are preparing for future growth in response to the region’s evolving needs. And the lunch view wasn’t bad either!
