3:54 finish time and qualified for the 70.3 World Championship again — this time as a professional 🥹
Crazy to look back and see the progress over the years. A lot of ups, downs, lessons, and hard work along the way ❤️

Excited to head to China soon and race the 70.3 distance again. Looking forward to the experience and the opportunity to compete internationally.

The minutes leading up to an Ironman swim start are always the most nerve-wracking for me 🏊♂️
Heart rate is already elevated, and there’s a lot going through my mind. I focus on controlling my breathing, staying relaxed, and preparing for those first few minutes once the race begins.
Once the gun goes off, everything settles in and it becomes instinct.
