A call that starts that way is a scam.

Under NO circumstances should you grant them access to your computer.

Nobody should share a computer remotely unless it with someone you know personally and trust.

I offer remote services but only to people I get to know. And each time I make sure they know how to instantly disconnect the session if they get nervous.

Are you getting Windows 7 End of Security messages?

It is not too late to upgrade most computers from 7 to Windows 10.

It could be unsafe to do internet banking or shopping after Jan 14 on Windows 7.

Call at 904-531-9570 to discuss upgrade.

If you are still on windows 7, it will go end of life in feb 2020.

Most computers can still be upgraded to 10 with no additional fee to Microsoft.
