This journey started back in the early 90s with Judo, in small towns in Brazil like Adamantina and Lucélia.

From there, it kept evolving — São Paulo, long days, different academies, different people…

Then moments in places like Florianópolis and Balneário Camboriú, where every mat brought new experiences, new lessons, new stories.

Different environments, different energies, but always the same pursuit.

Countless rounds, conversations after training, shared struggles, laughs, and lessons that go far beyond the mats.

And now California — another chapter, same mindset.

It was never about teams or affiliations.

It’s about being in the right environment, surrounded by people who push you to grow.

The mats don’t just teach you how to fight…
they shape who you become.
