BIG ANNOUNCEMENT TOMORROW for those in need of trauma healing đź’•

Cass here!! I’ve decided ELE can not end! This dream company has been my baby since the beginning. And even though my partner is doing her own thing now it doesn’t mean I have to discontinue this community. It’s going to Re-Brand and Re-launch by late October.

This new community space will be offering:
👸Goddess Activation Hikes
👸A new Empowered Goddess 6 week healing program
👸New mini courses
👸A collaborative book of women’s stories of empowerment and overcoming

The private group remains open to anyone who joins these events or programs! And we’ll be doing a monthly virtual circle for group members (free) ❤️

Announcement:

We are very sad to say that ELE is coming to an end. Two years of circles, memories, healing, and community is over. Shelby and Cass are going two separate ways and we couldn’t give ele the love and time it deserves, that you all deserve. We’re sorry. We will love and miss you all.

Please note Cassandra-Trauma Infrmd Yoga] and .xo are still doing their own sessions and work privately.

As I go through this most recent major shift and traumatic experience I’m able to really sit in it and note how my NS is reacting. Noticing how my emotional regular skills are working and where im truly at in my healing journey. Being aware of my reactions, my triggers, my responses, and my thoughts and emotions.

When we go through a traumatic experience the most important thing is to process it fully. Trauma literally means energy in the body that didn’t run its course, caused by a event that we could not process fully at the time.

Ability to regulate is effected by trauma and other conditions like ADHD or Bi-polar.
But the more we practice moving the energy with a physical and emotional practice the faster we can process the trauma, cope, and overcome it.

Let’s check in and process together;
>emotional/energetic body: what emotions are you feeling, are you tired or numb, feeling intense emotions, uneasy, or peaceful?
>physical body: are you tense in any area, how is your heart rate, your breath, your shoulders. Are you hungry, what sensations do you feel in the body?
>spiritual body: do you feel connected, supported guided, or lost, confused, alone? Do you feel a need to control or are you surrendered? What’s your theory for life itself and the things that happen?
