Double Red Flags 🚩🚩 continue to fly today - Thursday, June 18th. Double Red Flags represent GULF WATERS ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC due to potentially life-threatening rip currents and dangerous surf. Disobeying Double Red Flags could lead to arrest or fine. 🎥: Cotton Bayou Beach.

• Surf Conditions: Choppy with waves at 3 to 5 feet and Strong east running current.
• Rip Current Forecast: High Risk
• A High Surf Advisory is in effect for our area.
• Daily Weather: Cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely throughout the day. The high
temperature is in the upper 80’s.
• Wind: Breezy South winds at 25 mph.
• UV Index: Low
• Tides: High Tide is scheduled for 11:09AM & Low Tide is scheduled for 10:59PM
