I was a high level athlete playing football for 10 years then 1 morning everything changed.

I woke up with a knee injury that put me out for 12 straight months.

This was my death sentence for becoming pro

The injury was «Osgood-Schlatter disease».

In short, it was an overuse injury where my knee tendon became inflammed, so I couldn’t run, I couldn’t jump

On the sideline while my teammates got to play..

All the athleticism that I loved and had worked for years was stripped away from me.

Probably one of the toughest years of my life.

Little did I know that led me down a route to exactly where I am today.

A high performance fitness coach for men.

Coaching men who just like me once had an athletic obsession or past of being in great shape

but then life had its own direction

business took over

kids came into the picture

age crept in..

And somewhere along that path you lost that «ripped/true athlete» you once were

But the desire to get back into that version of yourself?

That never leaves you.

It atleast never did for me

I just found a new obsession to channel that ambition into

For most of us, that is business or our career.

But that transition from athlete to just... guy in a suit building a business

That’s not performance.

That’s avoidance.

And I was stuck in that state for 12 months after my injury.
