Hello my names Rolando, I’m a barber. This picture was taken a year to the day. The look in my face is tiredness. I been working really hard for the past 10+ years, and extremely hard for the past 7 years. But this month I decided to stop. My energy has shifted. When you spread yourself thin, you never really progress at the rate you desire. So with that being said let me tell y’all the following.
One: I have 3 goals this year. My focus is fully on those 3 goals.( if you wanna know them ask me) anything outside of them is taking a backseat. The grind is not slowing down just more directed and balanced then ever.
Two: Any negative energy is getting shut out. If you in any way bring that Debbie downer bu****it lmao I’m sorry I’m walking away till you got some good in your speech.
Three: The value for my time will be noted. From one on one consultations, to cuts, to everything else that’s offered.
Four: I’m fu***ng grateful for every minute I’ve been of service to. Y’all don’t realize the humble beginnings and how fu***ng far this hustle has taken me. An I am forever thankful for every single person that’s been a part of this journey. We’ve grown together.
