🚧 Groundbreaking! 🚧

We’re excited to share that we officially broke ground this morning on the Reserve Crossing multifamily development in the Village of Fox Crossing, WI!

This project includes six garden-style twelveplex buildings and marks an exciting step forward in expanding quality housing in the community.

We’re proud to be partnering with owners Anthony and Kim Walsh, along with the team at McMahon Associates, to bring this vision to life.

Looking forward to the progress ahead and delivering a great project for the Village of Fox Crossing!

Progress update at the 72,780 sq. ft. CopperStone Assisted Living & Memory Care II - Clayton Ave. project in Neenah, WI!

MJLP is finishing up painting in Phase 1.

A&M Drywall is nearing completion of drywall finishing in Phase 2.

VerHalen Inc. is nearly complete with ceiling grid installation in Phase 1.

Titletown Trim & Finish is installing casework provided by Valley Cabinet in Phase 1.

Stone Pro is nearing completion of the exterior masonry.

Great work by all teams involved as we continue moving this project forward!

Today we had the opportunity to deliver a small token of appreciation to the Hemophilia Outreach Center team.

Big things are coming to Webster Avenue in Allouez! 👏

Plans are officially moving ahead to redevelop this long-vacant strip mall site into a new mixed-use space with apartments, retail, and community-focused gathering areas.

We’re excited to be building a project that will bring new life and energy to such an important corner of the village. Can’t wait to get started.
