We are looking for installers for our Gutters and Leaf Protection. We install gutters Monday thru Friday. We are looking for anyone with experience in gutters or siding soffit and fascia that are looking for a new opportunity. We pay our installers 20% of the job total. Bay Therm Insulation is looking to add another Spray Foam Applicator to our team. We are looking for a dependable, hard working person who doesn't mind tight spaces, spraying foam in crawlspace and attic type situations, with a mix of residential and commercial construction. Experience with Spray Foam Application is plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The candidate must be at least 21 years old with a clean MVR report, and able to pass a DOT physical to drive our trucks. Please apply or come by our location for an onsite interview.
