Yesterday, we had a great time cooking with our relatives at Ukwakhwa again. It’s been awhile and like always, Food is medicine.

Imagine eating a Wild Sistaz Bowl made with natural hand harvested wild rice that was parched and processed over open flames, instead of cultivated black paddy wild rice. Now that, my friends and relatives, would be a Wild Sistaz Bowl on a whole other level!
Shout out to all the relatives who go out and harvest Manoomin/Psin in its natural environment. Blessings on blessings on blessings.
Shout out to Ukwakhwa for everything they do! We get to share all this goodness with our relatives at the farm. Thankful for all their help!
