Turning 39 and reflecting on how one year ago, I was the best kept secret.

Not everything I do shows up on a client chart.
I moderate a practitioner forum inside the IAFHH community dedicated to the human side of client work.
How to explain complex labs in plain language. How to navigate resistance, setbacks, and slow progress. How to actually speak to the woman sitting across from you not just her symptoms.
Because knowing what to do is only half the work you do as a practitioner the other half is knowing how to say it, so she hears it, believes it, and does something about it.
That's the standard I hold in my own practice. And it's what I help other practitioners grow into.
Still processing what happened on that stage this weekend? I asked a room full of women to close their eyes and imagine their dream health. These women we're finally giving themselves permission to want it out loud. So I ask the same question of you, what does your dream health actually? You can have the life and health that you dream of as long as you just take that first step.
