I told yall I was bringing coaching back( I was a life coach for seven years before becoming a therapist) because everyone may not feel like they need therapy and not everyone has a diagnosis. Alright ladies… it’s that time again! 💕
The next Awaken Women’s Retreat is happening right here in Nebraska on a peaceful acreage, cozy, private, and full of good energy. (The November retreat is full)

Each woman gets her own room, and all meals, room, and board are covered. No hidden costs, no stressing, just show up ready to reset, reflect, and have a good time.
