Here's some news that has been reported on in the good news category. DADT era discharges are being reviewed and have resulted in upgrades for Vets who were wrongly kicked out of the military. What it doesn't say however is how many discharges we still need to look at where commands threw in an "assault" or some other UCMJ violation, of which there are many to choose from, and therefore didn't discharge solely on basis of homosexuality. The facts though more likely show the other charges were a subterfuge for throwing Vets out and now require a deeper dive into the cases, which can include deals at Special Courts Martial. Keep on fighting.
