✨🍣 Meet Tom Buder, Corporate Chef at Shiki.

On any given day, you’ll find Tom doing everything from menu development and training chefs, to greeting guest after guest in the dining room.

Omaha is no stranger to Tom. From his start at the city’s OG sushi restaurant, Sushi Ichiban, he’s spent the last 30 years making his mark on our sushi scene. We are so grateful to have Tom as part of our team, and we know our customers are too.
