One of the most powerful aspects of leadership is the ability to uplift others.

At the ALP Conference (Association of Leadership Programs), we're reflecting on the importance of collaboration, encouragement, and the positive impact we can have when we invest in those around us. Strong communities are built when people come together, share perspectives, and support one another's growth.

Inclusive Communities is proud to support and be apart of this conference and its focus on leadership development, community building, and creating opportunities for meaningful connection.

Together, we can strengthen our communities by helping others learn, lead, and thrive.

We're excited to be part of the Nebraska Leadership Coalition Preconference as we join community leaders, educators, and changemakers from across the state to learn, connect, and strengthen our collective impact.

Meaningful change begins with meaningful conversations. Opportunities like this allow us to share ideas, build relationships, and explore ways to create more inclusive and welcoming communities for everyone.

We look forward to a great day of learning and collaboration.

Today, we're taking a moment to say thank you.

To the facilitators, educators, youth leaders, volunteers, board members, partners, and community members across Omaha, thank you for showing up.

Thank you for engaging in meaningful dialogue, challenging assumptions, learning from different lived experiences, and helping build justice for all.

Together, we're creating a stronger, more welcoming Omaha, one conversation at a time.
