Today we’re celebrating Jason Wagner on his 1‑year work anniversary at CHD.

Jason brings steady leadership and genuine heart to our Youth Programs. Over the past year, he’s built meaningful connections with our young people, created safe spaces for growth, and shown up with consistency that makes a real difference in their lives.

His commitment to empowering youth, supporting their goals, and meeting them where they are has strengthened our programs and our community.

Are you passionate about empowering youth, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation? The Center for Holistic Development (CHD) is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Manager to lead and support our youth, diversion, community, and after-school programs.

This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while working alongside schools, families, community partners, and a mission-driven team committed to helping young people thrive.

✅ Full-Time Position
💰 Starting Salary: $55,000
🕒 40 hours/week (evenings or weekends as needed)
