🚨 NEW PROGRAM ALERT 🚨
Introducing Pro Performance: Ladies Athletic Lab — a 6-week athletic performance program designed specifically for female athletes and active women who want to move, train, and perform like an athlete.
This program focuses on building speed, strength, coordination, and injury resistance while developing total athleticism in a competitive and supportive environment.

5th Grade WR training grip strength to control the catch through contact, and “late hands” to keep DBs guessing and attack the ball at the last second. Less tips. More completions. Finish every rep.

Speed is a skill. Today’s Speed Lab was built step by step so every drill stacked on the next.
We opened with a dynamic warm up focused on rhythm, coordination, and sprint mechanics. Heel up. Toe up. Strike the ground with the ball of the foot. Violent but controlled arm action. 90° knee drive. Teaching the body how to move before asking it to move fast.
From there we moved into progressive sprints, gradually building speed while keeping the same clean mechanics from the warm up. Smooth buildup. No wasted motion. Posture tall. Hips in the right position.
Next was resisted acceleration with sled pushes. Hips hinged back. Shins angled forward. Driving through the ground with intent. Learning how to PUSH and create force to separate early.
We finished with band-resisted sprints focused on “pulling” into top end speed. Project hips forward. Get tall. Strike down and cycle fast. Transition from power to max velocity.
Acceleration ➝ Force ➝ Projection ➝ Top Speed.
One progression. All sports. All athletes.
If you compete, you need speed.

Spring Break is coming… and we’re not letting our athletes lose momentum.
Introducing our Youth Spring Break Sports Performance Camp at Pro Performance 💪🏽
March 15th–21st
EVERYDAY
Daily 1.5 hour sessions
Boys & Girls | Ages 10–14 | All Sports Welcome
This week is designed to keep young athletes active, developing, and building confidence during their time off from school. We’ll focus on:
• Strength & Conditioning
• Speed & Agility
• Functional Movement
• Injury Prevention fundamentals
We train with purpose all week — and on the final day (March 21st) we celebrate with a pizza party and an NCAA 2026 video game tournament 🎮🍕

Coach McCoy, Linebackers Coach at the University of Nebraska-Kearney, will be at Pro Performance on Tuesday, February 17th at 4:00pm for a recruiting seminar.
He’ll be breaking down the proper steps in the recruiting process, what college coaches are really looking for, and how to position yourself the right way — no matter your sport.
This is for ALL Pro Performance athletes — boys and girls, all sports:
Football, Wrestling, Baseball, Basketball, Track, and more.
Coach McCoy will also be giving attendees first access to his brand-new FREE recruiting app designed to help student-athletes navigate the process the right way.
This event is completely FREE for all Pro Performance athletes. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
