Iβm terrible at keeping up on social media, so Iβm disappointed (but not surprised) I missed ! π£π΅βπ«π
I love these little cookies. They make me smile, cry, laughβ¦ haha! It took me about a year to come up with my recipe that Iβm comfortable making and selling. My favorite flavors to make are still salted caramel and lavender lemon. It sounds silly, but these little cookies have really taught me patience and perseverance! πππΌ

Pavlova is an Australian dessert which is essentially a meringue. It has three textures in one dessert. Although itβs made with lots of sugar, when served with fruit it tastes very light compared to other desserts. Delicious! (And easy, compared to macarons! The process is similar to the macaron process except you get to stop about 20% through ππ€ͺπ)

Unicorn π¦ and Fruity Pebbles π macarons! π These were my first dairy-free AND soy-free macarons. The unicorns are filled with a *funfetti* birthday cake icing and cake. The Fruity Pebbles has the cereal and freeze-dried strawberries in the icing! Both were perfect for a very special 3-year-oldβs birthday party. π
