We purchased this home behind Lake Zorinksy to add to our rental inventory, and just finished up the entire house remodel. We were able to brighten it up by painting the kitchen cabinets, walls, ceilings, trim, railings, bookcases, and vanities. New electrical outlets, switches, and vents. We added concealed soft close hinges, pulls & knobs, and a new backsplash in the kitchen. All new LVP flooring throughout. New LED lights and plumbing fixtures. Tiled around the fireplace surround. Took out the jacuzzi tub in the master to add a shower. In the garage, we installed new drywall, finished it, and painted. Even the downstairs storage area got the floor and walls painted. Outside we installed a new patio, sod, and got this sprinkler system up and running.
