The Citizen Medical Center Replacement Facility is a brand-new 180,000 SF, 25-bed critical access medical center designed to serve a rural community in Northwest Kansas. Farris Engineering is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection/life safety engineering to support this state-of-the-art healthcare facility.

By integrating efficient HVAC systems with N+1 redundancy, high-efficiency boilers, and a full generator-backed electrical system, we helped create a resilient and energy-efficient environment. The cutting-edge building automation system will seamlessly control the HVAC, lighting, and patient room technology, optimizing operational efficiency and patient comfort.
