*What Are We Up To Wednesday?!*

We’re fanning over functionality !👏🏻👏🏻

Our goal was to design a more updated home while still respecting the character and charm of this 1929 build.🏡

We removed storage cabinets at a stair landing to add a small mudroom space off the side door, added a second doorway to the back half of the house for easier access to the kitchen, and eliminated the wall of the formal dining room to create a larger kitchen and beautiful natural light flow throughout the main level.
