Wow, what an amazing first experience at the annual National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity - National Summit for Educational Equity! Great Leadership Session on Building and Leading Equity in Educational Environments. Ultimate shout out to the best public and motivational speaker I’ve encountered to date Real Talk with Dr. Adolph Brown.

Shout out and kudos to some amazing organizations for a phenomenal experience hosted at the Qualcomm Thinkabit Lab, focusing on enhancing diversity and equitable outcomes in STEM and Technology. FIRST invited e4ls to partner again for an EDI workshop with several titans of the tech industry-Boeing, Bosch Industries, 3M, Dow Chemical, FedEx, John Deere, Caterpillar, National Instruments and Google to name a few. Thanks to my buddy Shelley Henderson of FIRST for the opportunity.
