Most men don’t struggle with motivation as much as they think.

Proud of my buddy Andre Le Brocquy who just dominated my 90 day program and got even more shredded than he already was!

Andre was already making an effort to eat clean and do cardio but his biggest challenges were night time snacking and getting into a consistent lifting routine to sculpt his physique.

Aside from losing around 10 lbs of stubborn body fat around his midsection, he’s engrained healthy eating habits that fuel his body and a consistent lifting routine.

This guy is the real deal! Show him some support for his insane work ethic!

A true OG Bruce Savage joined our 90 day program around 2 years ago at 486 lbs / 67% body fat.

Fast forward to today and he’s at a lean, mean 253 lbs and 23% body fat.

Although Bruce is as dedicated, consistent, and hardworking as they come, the fact remains…

You’re never too far gone to change course and he is living proof of that.
