Being a middle school girl can be a lot. Friendships change, confidence comes and goes, life gets busy, and sometimes you just need a place to be yourself.

Real Talk is a laid-back, supportive group where girls can talk about real life, make meaningful connections, and remember they don't have to figure everything out alone. We'll spend time chatting, creating, playing games, and exploring whatever topics are important to the group that day.

No pressure. No judgment. Just a space to show up, be yourself, and connect with others who get it. 💜

The GREAT Kids Group is a creative expressive arts group designed to help children explore emotions, build confidence, strengthen social connections, and express themselves through music, movement, mindfulness, clay, and dramatic play. 🎨🎭🎶

Before we had words, we had tears.
As babies, crying is how we communicate, connect, and get our needs met. It’s not “too much”… it’s survival.

And even as we grow, that system doesn’t just disappear.
Crying can help release stress, regulate our nervous system, and signal that something inside needs care or attention.

What if, instead of shutting it down, we got curious about it?
What is this feeling trying to tell me?

Tears aren’t a problem to fix—they’re a message to understand 💛
