As a business owner, my client - let’s call her Kate, used to wear many hats from accounting to marketing to customer service. It wasn't until she hired me as a personal CFO that she realized the value of having a dedicated financial expert on her team.

With our guidance and expertise, she was able to focus on growing her business while we managed the finances. Not only did we help her save money, but we also provided valuable insights that helped her make informed decisions.

If you're like Kate and struggle to balance managing your business and your finances, hiring a personal CFO is a game-changer. Victoria can help you create a financial strategy that aligns with your business goals and provide ongoing support to ensure you stay on track.

Plus, she can handle all the day-to-day financial tasks, leaving you with more time to focus on growing your business.

Did you know that the health of your vagus nerve can impact your relationship with money?

The vagal nerve is responsible for regulating our body's "rest and digest" and “fight, flight, or freeze” response. When this nerve is stimulated, it signals to our body that we are safe and can relax. But when it's not functioning properly, it can cause us to feel anxious and stressed, which can lead to poor financial decision-making.

If our vagus nerve is functioning well, we're more likely to be able to resist impulsive purchases and stick to a budget.

If it's not functioning properly, we feel overwhelmed by stress and turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms, like overspending or ignoring our financial problems altogether.

By taking care of your vagus nerve, you might find yourself making better money choices as a result.
