The state of Nebraska continues to avoid the process of really understanding the people that are needed to revitalize the state. Gen Y Maya and gen z are the “buyers” and economic developers and community planners are the “vendors.” We don’t have the packaging nor the substance to make the sale. All of this could be transformed. But we have to study and accept 50 million young professionals. The key is style, sustainability and science.
