Most people don’t fail in business because they lack talent or intelligence. They fail because they hit a stage I call “failure to launch,” where excitement fades and results don’t come fast enough.

This is usually where progress stops, not from a major failure, but from quitting too early. Most success comes down to staying consistent through the uncomfortable middle stage.

That’s why systems matter. Motivation fades, but structure keeps you moving when things get hard.
