National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month is a time to listen, learn, and show up.
Strong communities are built on connection, trust, and understanding. By fostering open conversations and improving access to culturally responsive care, we can help ensure everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
Let’s continue building pathways to better mental health, together.

This Independence Day, we celebrate the freedom that unites us and the values that guide us every day. Through egoless action, we put people first. We advocate for innovation to shape a stronger future. We deliver healthcare with humanity, treating every individual with compassion and respect. We are better together, building community through collaboration. And we live our purpose to do good, be good in all that we do.

This Father’s Day, we recognize and appreciate the fathers and father figures who lead with compassion, strength, and care every day.
At PSW, we believe in doing good and being good, showing up for one another, and practicing healthcare with humanity. Fathers embody these values through steady support, egoless action, and a commitment to making a positive impact on those around them.
We are grateful for the ways fathers help shape stronger families, stronger teams, and stronger communities. Together, we are better.
Happy Father’s Day from all of us at PSW.

Today is Juneteenth, a time to reflect on a pivotal moment in history and honor the ongoing pursuit of freedom, equity, and justice.
At PSW, we believe in doing good and being good, showing up for one another, and practicing healthcare with humanity. Juneteenth is a reminder of the importance of recognizing history, listening to diverse voices, and working together to build a more inclusive and equitable future.
We are committed to fostering a culture grounded in compassion, respect, and integrity, where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
Together, we are better.

This Men’s Health Month, we recognize the importance of prioritizing the health and well-being of men in our communities.
At PSW, we believe in doing good and being good, showing up for one another, and practicing healthcare with humanity. This month is a reminder that proactive care, through early detection, preventive screenings, and open conversations about physical and mental health, can make a lasting difference.
Men are often less likely to seek preventive care and more likely to delay treatment, making awareness and support even more critical. Through compassion, connection, and egoless action, we can help remove barriers and encourage healthier outcomes for all.
We are committed to supporting stronger individuals, stronger families, and stronger communities, because together, we are better.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a reminder that mental health is an essential part of overall health.
Whether in healthcare, the workplace, or our personal lives, creating space for honest conversations, compassion, and support matters. Taking care of mental health is not a sign of weakness. It is a foundation for resilience, connection, and long‑term wellbeing.
This month and every month, let’s continue to reduce stigma, check in on one another, and advocate for access to the resources people need to thrive.
If you or someone you work with is struggling, support is available and help is worth seeking.
