RP2 Custom Rods

North Fork Composites has always been in the forefront of rod building technology. It’s only fitting they introduce a new way of securing guides to the blank. Holographic Air Carbon Mesh (ACM) as shown on this NFC ST1004 build will definitely stand out on the water.

This was not a build I do on the regular but it sure was fun. 12ft Stryker surf rod. Fuji K double foot guides, custom turned EVA grips and X flock handle. Wrapped in black and gold to match a Diawa BG6500 reel. Perfect surf rod, plunker, and crab snare rod.

Custom Squid fishing rod? Sure why not. North Fork Composites blank, Fuji K guides and components, Alps weighted butt cap and CFX carbon fiber grips.

First trip out NFC ST1143-2 XRAY C6O2 got the job done.
