⚠️ SCAM ALERT – Please Read and Share With Neighbors ⚠️

Hi neighbors,

I wanted to share something important that recently happened to one of my customers—a 74-year-old man who was scammed out of $75,000 in cash.

He received a letter (E-MAIL) that looked official and a message on his computer saying he had a virus and needed to call “Microsoft.” After following the instructions, he ended up withdrawing cash and sending it overseas. Sadly, because it was cash, the money is gone and cannot be recovered.

Thankfully, he told me this won’t drastically change his lifestyle, but he asked me to post this to help protect others.

🔒 PLEASE REMEMBER:
• The IRS, Social Security, or Microsoft will NEVER call you asking for money. They will send letters through the mail.
• If a message pops up on your computer saying to call a number about a virus, do not call it. Turn off the computer and bring it to a trusted local tech professional.
• In today’s world, it’s safest to assume things are scams until you know they’re real.
