It has been a long year. Last year on this day I lost my father. I didn’t think it would be as rough as it has been. Every time I achieve something I’m always wishing I could call him and talk some s**t.

We were always trying to one up each other in life. If he had a leaf blower, I had to get a bigger badder one to come over and help with yard work. Just to tell him he can use my big boy one. 😂

Usually I’m not one to talk about personal things in life, but this one really gets to me. He had so much life to live, so many memories ahead of him with his grandkids..

Rae has been talking about memories with you, I’m glad she was able to spend time with you. I’m trying to teach her the values you taught me growing up. And that this last name we have is an honor, so be proud to be yourself.

You will forever be remembered dad. Love you big guy.
