Position: 2nd Mechanic

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in performing diagnostic tests, conducting repairs, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and determine repair requirements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Repair or replace damaged components, parts, or systems, such as engines, brakes, transmission, and suspension
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and maintenance activities
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair options
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to keep up with advancements in automotive technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role in an automotive or repair shop setting
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to customers
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
