"In the summer of 1996 a friend asked if I would be willing to let her brother come over and show me some to give him some experience in presenting. I said sure. I was so impressed that I purchased my few knives, vegetable peeler, cutting board, and super shears. I'm still using all of them almost 30 years later. Whenever I would get a call from someone wanting to come sharpen my knives and practice, I would usually find more that I wanted to add to my collection. They are the only knives that I want in my kitchen. I'm a very happy long-term customer."
