Job Title: Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and general maintenance of residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing a variety of basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General cleaning of units and common areas

Interior painting and drywall repair

Light plumbing work (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing fixtures)

Light electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures)

Assisting with unit turnovers and basic repairs as needed

Reporting maintenance issues and completing tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work (prior experience preferred but not required)

Schedule:
Flexible, part-time hours based on property needs.

Compensation:
$18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
