This phase of training is a little shorter because many of our athletes are in season. That doesnโ€™t mean itโ€™s easier. It means every rep matters more. Every sprint matters more. Every jump matters more.โฃ

When the volume drops, the intent has to rise.โฃ

Throughout the entire month of March, every day will have a phrase centered around this idea so our athletes and coaches stay aligned on what matters most.โฃ

Itโ€™s a choice you make over and over again.โฃ
