Peanut Butter Oat Rounds for Dogs 🥜🥣
These peanut butter oat rounds are a crunchy, nutritious treat for your furry companion. Made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re a great way to add some extra love to snack time.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural, unsalted peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce or mashed banana
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, applesauce (or banana), and egg. Stir until well blended and a thick dough forms.
3. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into rounds using a cookie cutter, or shape by hand.
4. Place the rounds on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
5. Allow the treats to cool completely before serving.
