One thing that truly makes a difference in coaching…

Coaches who actually played the game — and still continue to play it.

There’s value in having coaches who can demonstrate, lead by example, and truly understand the game from a player’s perspective.

If a coach can’t show it, explain it, or physically demonstrate it… are they really teaching the sport at the highest level?

Players feed off energy, passion, and leadership. When coaches stay active, in shape, and involved in the game, it pushes players to raise their level too.
