As a licensed professional engineer, I kept getting called in to fix builds that went sideways on grading, drainage, and layout. The problems almost always started before the first shovel hit the ground. So we flipped the model: full-site planning and proper engineering come first, which is exactly why most of our fiberglass pools go in within weeks, not months.
