Join me this upcoming session for a somatic breathwork experience. You will activate your bodies innate healing intelligence and reconnect to your most authentic self.
These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to release the past with compassion and a sense of completion. To get clear and reconnect with yourself, to explore your inner world away from the noise so you can tap into and hear the wisdom of your body.
No experience required
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.
Optional items eye mask, pillow or bolster and journal.
