B. Sharp Painting

Had to get a little creative with prepping to paint these railings so we built a little tent in order to keep overspray out of the living room. There’s a lot of prep that goes into a good finish with spraying oil.

Fun fact: Oil paints don't "cure" in the same way as latex paints, but rather they dry through oxidation, which takes time depending on the thickness and type of paint, typically ranging from a few weeks to several months, and longer for thicker layers.
