Goals for Okeechobee!

Nine homes have now arrived at Dillinger Estates.

Each one represents a future member with a stable place to come home to — a foundation that makes everything else in recovery possible. We're building something here that barely exists anywhere else in the world: on-site affordable housing operated by a Clubhouse, designed specifically for our members.

We're not done yet, but we're well on our way.

This week's Rotary program featured Stephanie Busbin and Travis Geertsma from Chobee Clubhouse. They shared how Chobee Clubhouse provides a supportive community where adults living with mental illness can build confidence, develop skills, pursue employment opportunities, and find a sense of purpose. Travis's personal story highlighted the real-life impact the Clubhouse has on its members and served as a powerful reminder of the importance of community support. Thank you to Stephanie and Travis for an informative and inspiring presentation and for the work they do to strengthen lives in Okeechobee County.
